Credentialing and Bylaws
Completing our credentialing process and understanding specialist bylaws.
IntraCare works closely with leading medical specialists to deliver expert, minimally invasive care across cardiology and radiology. If you’re interested in providing clinical services at IntraCare, here’s what you need to know about our credentialing process.
IntraCare specialises in Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology procedures using state of the art imaging combined with a minimally invasive approach to diagnose and treat a wide range of diseases and conditions. We value the partnership we have with Auckland’s leading medical specialists who are credentialed to provide these services at IntraCare.
To gain access privileges to provide independent clinical care at IntraCare, you will need to complete our credentialing process and separately the credentialing process for Allevia Hospitals for admitting rights.
Specialist Bylaws
The first step is to read our Specialist Bylaws. Our Specialist Bylaws set out the key things that medical specialists should be aware of when considering applying for clinical privileges at IntraCare. The Bylaws set out the rights and obligations of all Specialists at IntraCare and also cover eligibility criteria, the requirements that apply to the granting and maintaining of clinical privileges and the processes that IntraCare follows when considering applications (and re-applications) for clinical privileges. These must be agreed to as part of submitting an application.
