Work History

Nigel trained in Cardiology at Wellington and completed a Fellowship in Electrophysiology at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford before returning to NZ.

Working at Auckland City Hospital and at the University of Auckland he also undertakes procedures at Braemar and Intra.

His interests are primarily related to arrhythmia management, catheter ablation, and implanted cardiac devices. He is involved in research activities with the BioEngineering Institute at Auckland.

Arrhythmia management, catheter ablation, pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators.
